Orders and Shipping Help
We aim to deliver all ‘in stock’ orders in 2 – 10 working days. Our current average is 6-day delivery. Please note that during times of peak demand delivery times maybe longer.
We like to offer you the chance to buy furniture before it arrives in our warehouse. Any pre-order furniture will have a date to show you when it is due to arrive with us. We then need to dispatch it to you.
PLEASE NOTE: The dates given are our best estimated time of arrival, we always provide the date given to us by our suppliers. However, occasionally this date may be brought forward or pushed back, depending on the shipping line company updates. If there are going to be any delays, we will let you know.
We truly value your business and feel it is important for you to receive a pleasant and easy delivery experience. We have upgraded all our furniture deliveries to a FREE 2-Man Delivery Service.
This includes delivery to your garden area of choice.
Unlike many other retailers, you will not be left with any wooden pallets !
You will be contacted by our delivery partner by text/email asking you to arrange your delivery day.
The day before delivery, you will receive a 2 or 3 hour delivery window.
On the day of the delivery, you will be able to fully track the route of the delivery team throughout the day and will receive a call 30 minutes before arrival.
Your furniture will be delivered to your garden area of choice boxed.
The delivery team will not unwrap, build, or take away any of the packaging unless you have added the optional build service.
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery teams are unable to walk inside a home/property to reach the garden area of choice. If the furniture has to be taken through a house please inform the courier as we will need consent to be agreed as the courier and gardenfurniture.co.uk would not be liable for any damages. However rest assured the delivery teams are always very careful.
PLEASE NOTE: the delivery team does not conduct any assembly as standard. You would need to purchase the optional build service found at the checkout.

We deliver to mainland UK free of charge apart from postcodes : AB, DD, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-PO41 and recently Northern Ireland. These postcodes will most likley incur an additional fee.
Yes, we have delivered to the Channel Islands and Mainland Europe – Just ask.
There are many sets we sell that require no assembly whatsoever.
We now add very rough estimates of build times for many of our products based on two people having all the required tools (these times may be many times faster or slower depending on the individual)
However as a very rough general rule about the amount of assembly required please see below :
Recliner Sets – No assembly
Table and Chair sets – Only the table will normally need minimal assembly
Rattan Corner Units – Only the table will normally need minimal assembly
Metal Corner Units – Normally there is some minimal assembly on the corner and the table.
If you would like to add an optional build and packaging removal service please select this option at the checkout.
We use Parcelforce and DPD for all our furniture cover, heater and parasol orders ( Some extra large parasols will be sent with our 2-man courier).
They will email you to confirm your day of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges Help
We have an easy garden furniture returns policy. If you have received your furniture but decided you no longer would like it, providing the furniture is unused, unbuilt, and in its original dry packaging (i.e. not left out in the rain) we will arrange the return for you via courier. Please note you will incur a return delivery fee.
Providing you have not taken the furniture cover out of its packaging and used it by trying it over your furniture we can accept a return. Please send it back to our address after emailing us to confirm it will be returned:

We will try our best to change an order for you but it cannot be guaranteed as we may have already processed the delivery. Garden furniture, Large parasols, and Pergolas can almost always be amended however small items like furniture covers, heaters, or any item via postal delivery can not be cancelled or delivery addresses changed.
