Orders and Shipping
We aim to deliver all ‘in stock’ orders in 1 – 7 days. Our current average is 4/5-day delivery.
We like to offer you the chance to buy furniture before it arrives into our warehouse. Any pre-order furniture will have a date to show you when it is due to arrive with us. We then need to dispatch it to you.
We truly value your business and feel it is important for you to receive a pleasant and easy delivery experience. We have upgraded all our deliveries to a FREE 2 Man Delivery Service.
This includes delivery to your room of choice, including your garden.
Unlike many other retailers you will not be left with any wooden pallets !
You will be contacted by our delivery partner by text/email asking you to choose your delivery day.
The day before delivery, you will receive a 2 hour delivery window.
On the day of the delivery you will be able to fully track the route of the delivery team throughout the day and will receive an alert when they are nearly with you.
To complete the delivery, your boxed/packaged furniture will be carried to where you would like it, including your garden (flats/apartments can be an exception).
Please note, the delivery team does not conduct any assembly.
We keep you updated all the way. We send you an update at each stage of the order/delivery process. Four updates in total. We let you know ; your order has been received, your order is being picked and packed, your order has been collected by our courier and finally you will receive a call from the courier to arrange the delivery day and time with you.
No ! We use a fully secure payment provider. We never store your card information and your payment is fully encrypted.
We deliver to mainland UK free of charge apart from postcodes : AB, DD, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-PO41 and recently Northern Ireland. These postcodes will most likley incur an additional fee.
Yes, we have delivered to the Channel Islands and Mainland Europe – Just ask.
Normally there is a very minimal amount of assembly. Sections of furniture are normally individually packaged.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We have an easy returns policy. If you have received your furniture but decided you no longer would like it, providing the furniture is unused, unbuilt and in its original packaging we will arrange the return for you via courier. Please note you will incur a return delivery fee.
Sorry ! This is very unlikely to happen but if it has we will rectify the issue ASAP. We will arrange a swap with a new piece of furniture making the process as easy as possible. Please click here to get in touch.
