Optional Premium Delivery and Build Service

We aim to deliver all ‘in stock’ orders purchased with the optional delivery and build service in the same timeframe as our standard deliveries: in 2 – 10 working days. Our current average is 6-day delivery. Please note that during times of peak demand delivery times maybe longer.

We need to charge different prices for building and packaging removal based upon the complexity of the build.

Products which only require minor assembly are cheaper to build than those which are in lots of bits and take more time to put together.

The prices we are as follows;

Standard Build and Packaging Removal £89 – for sets which only require small or zero amounts of building.

Large Build and Packaging Removal £189 – for sets which have many parts.

Firepit Build and Packaging Removal £189 – for any set with a firepit table.

Pergola Build and Packaging Removal £599 – for any pergola.

Multiple Set Options – depending on the number of sets you choose the prices will be adjusted according and discounts given.

We can only build a maximum of 5 sets without prior approval.

Our professional delivery team will deliver your furniture, build all the components to complete your set and take away all the packaging. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to build any additional items you may have ordered including parasols or heaters.

The delivery team will not:

Take away your old furniture

Make any electrical or gas connections if they are applicable for your set

Supply any gas bottles needed for your firepit

Build any parasols, heaters or any additional items you may have ordered at the same time as your furniture.

With Pergola delivery they will not fix the pergola to the floor, or make any electrical connections if they are applicable for your pergola

The price we charge for the premium build service is the price we pay the third party assembly team. We do not make any profit on these costs. Please remember that they normal involve the time and effort of two or more people and all the costs associated with this. We are never able to include the delivery and build service for free.

Our professional team will deliver, build and take away all the packaging for your pergola.

The delivery team will do all the work for you and make sure everything is built correctly.

PLEASE NOTE: the delivery team is unable to fix the pergola to the ground and unable to make any electrical connections if they are required.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery teams are unable to walk inside a home/property to reach the garden area of choice. If the pergola has to be taken through a house please inform the courier as we will need consent to be agreed as the courier and gardenfurniture.co.uk would not be liable for any damages. However rest assured the delivery teams are always very careful.
