The roof of the pergola has a clever louvre design. The louvre panels are made from the same powder-coated aluminium. When closed, the roof is entirely waterproof. - Crank-handle operation for ease of use
The louvre roof is manually operated using a crank handle. This makes it easy to open and close the louvre blades. The blades turn over a span of 135 degrees for maximum versatility and optimal sun shading. - Textilene curtains also included
This pergola set includes six Supremo Belfort Textilene side curtains: 2 x 3m side curtain; 4 x 4m pergola curtains. The curtains are made from a coordinating, dark charcoal grey Textilene fabric. They can be manually adjusted on the integrated guard rails for optimal coverage.
Integrated draining system
When you lock the louvre blades into the closed (horizontal) position, the pergola roof is completely waterproof. Water does no congregate. It will simply drain away via the pergola’s integrated gutter system. The integrated gutters follow the roofline then drain away via the drainage system in the upright pillars and into the ground.
Note that in periods of high winds or heavy snow, the louvre blades must be left open (vertical) to prevent damage to the pergola.
LED lighting system
Supremo’s Belfort pergolas offer an integrated LED lighting system. This consists of LED lighting strips which follow the inside perimeter of the pergola roof. The LED lighting system offers a variety of colourful lighting options. Available colours include: white, dark blue, red, dark green, light blue and light green.
The system is operated using a remote control (included). We think it is a great addition which is both playful and practical.
